Specialty Green Coffee

Our coffee is shade grown in the western highlands of Honduras, where the altitude is ideal for growing specialty coffee, since the tree-shaded mountains keep the temperature and sunlight levels low, slowing the maturation of the coffee cherries leading to improved quality. The trees also provides shelter for the many species of migratory birds that pass though the region.
Our single origin coffee beans are hand picked, washed with spring water and carefully milled; therefore, we can guarantee one and the same flavor and aroma in every one of our brands.
To order any of our green coffees, please contact us with your specific requirements and we will be happy to serve you.
